1. User Accounts

2. Product Listings

• Accuracy: Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. We do not warrant that listings are error-free or current.
• Prohibitions: Listings must not infringe on intellectual property rights, promote illegal activities, or violate our policies. We may remove, modify, or refuse listings at our discretion. Sellers must promptly remove listings for recalled or hazardous products.
• Visibility: Listings may not appear immediately in search results. We may promote listings or display them on partner sites without guaranteeing exposure.

3. Purchases and Transactions

• Buying: By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement with the seller. Read listings carefully before purchasing. We do not guarantee product quality, safety, legality, or delivery.
• Selling: Sellers must deliver items as described unless there is a valid reason not to (e.g., buyer non-payment). You agree to comply with shipping, returns, and cancellation policies.
• Payments: Transactions are processed through secure gateways. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We may hold funds or charge alternative payment methods if issues arise.
• Returns and Refunds: Sellers set their own return policies. We may facilitate disputes but are not liable for outcomes. Refunds may be issued at our or the seller's discretion.
• International Transactions: Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including customs and export regulations.

4. Fees

• Seller Fees: Sellers may be charged fees for listings, sales, or other services. Fees are detailed in our seller agreement and may change with notice. Unpaid fees may result in account restrictions.
• Buyer Fees: Buyers may incur fees for premium services or payment processing. Third-party payment providers may apply additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on the Platform (e.g., text, logos, images) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or commercial purposes as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without permission.
• User Content: By posting content (e.g., listings, reviews), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
